There is no better way to show KKL-JNF's impact on the land of Israel than through these photographs. They are the most articulate expressions of KKL-JNF's stewardship and development activities throughout the years, befitting the country and all its people.

From an ecological blight to a resource
2011. Nahal Be’er Sheva (Be'er Sheva River Park) was the Negev’s back yard. Sewage flowed in the stream, and for years trash accumulated at the site. (Itai Freeman)

2015. Be'er Sheba River Park is fast becoming one of the largest parks in Israel, befitting the metropolis and "capital of the Negev". The park runs along 8 km of the stream, with rolling lawns, bicycle trails and historical, heritage and recreation sites. A large amphitheater hosts top performers and a beautiful lake is now under construction. (Albatross Aerial Photography)

Opening the forests to all

The Kantara Bridge over Nahal Harod
11920. The old bridge over Nahal Harod served as the base for an aqueduct in the Middle Ages that transported water from the region to the cultivated fields in Bet She’an. (Zeev Vilnai)
